Fruit exports increased spectacularly

According to the Vietnam Fruit and Vegetable Association, it is predicted that this year, Vietnam’s durian exports may reach 1.5 billion USD, the highest ever. However, there is still plenty of room to export this fruit. In the first six months of 2023, Thailand exported about 660,000 tons of durian to China, while Vietnam only exported about 186,000 tons.
